We will post your item to anywhere in Australia (except PO boxes). Parcels will take 3-4 working days to be processed and will be shipped to you via Sendle, Australia Post or Courier. If you require the order urgently, send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you. Delivery is a flat fee rate of $15 per parcel. You should receive your parcel within a week to ten days of posting so if you haven’t received it in that timeframe, send us an email so we can find it and do our best to ensure it reaches you safe and sound. We take no liability for lost or missing parcels, but will always assist you if this situation occurs.

ACT Delivery:
We offer a Canberra drop off service, to your home or workplace on a weekday for a flat fee of $10 per order.

Pickup:
Contact Lisa to arrange a time to pick up your order free of charge! Our workshop is based in Curtin, ACT.

Our aim is to deliver beautiful handmade candles and diffusers to customers who love them. If you are unsatisfied with your product please get in touch with Lisa and we will happily exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. The goods MUST be un-used and in a re-saleable condition, with all packaging intact. Shipping costs for return and replacement are at the customers cost.

Sometimes it happens. If you receive a parcel and the product is damaged, please send us an email within 24hours of receiving your parcel. Include details of the damage, photographs and all relevant delivery information. We will then arrange for pick up of the damaged item and you will receive a replacement product or refund as soon as possible.

If your order is a gift, please add a note to your order and we will ensure it is lovingly wrapped and includes a personal message from you and is sent off without an invoice.

All orders are accompanied by candle or diffuser care cards. Please read carefully to ensure you get the best value from your purchase and that the goods are used safely. If you have any further questions don’t hesitate to send an email.

For now, Peli&Co jewellery cannot be purchased in our online store. If you are interested in purchasing some of our lovely jewellery – earrings, necklaces, bracelets, keyrings, cufflinks, email Lisa for a photo of products in stock OR keep an eye on our website for market dates and come and check it out for yourself.

Peli&Co will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
